- What is the Academy account?
The Academy account is a special account that is available for members of the AEGEE Academy. With this account, you can log in to this website and get the full access as an Academy member.
- What is an AEGEE.ORG account?
The AEGEE.ORG account is an account you can use to log in to the website www.aegee.org of AEGEE-Europe. Every AEGEE member is entitled to such an account. Click here to register one. You will need to have you membership card with you to do this. The AEGEE.ORG account can also be used to log in to the Academy website. You get special access rights as an AEGEE member to the website, which will, among others, allow you to search for trainers.
- Which one should I use?
If you are an AEGEE member, you can only use the AEGEE.ORG account. If you are also Academy member, you can chose!
- If you're not registered yet, simply click register and follow the instructions to register an Academy account or your AEGEE.ORG account.
- If you did register an Academy account before, log in with this account, click on My Profile and select 'Register AEGEE.ORG account' to make sure that also the AEGEE.ORG account gives access to the Academy website.
- If you do not have an AEGEE.ORG account (for example AEGEE Oldies), simply use the Academy account to get access
Only if you registered your AEGEE.ORG account on the Academy website you will have Academy member access!
- How do I get an account?
To get an AEGEE.ORG account, take your AEGEE Membership card and go to www.aegee.org to register your AEGEE.ORG account
To get Academy member access, you will need the e-mail address with which you are subscribed to Academy-L to identify yourself as a member. Click on Register (You will find it on your right, just under the login fields) and follow the instructions. You can chose to register for a new Academy account or to register your existing AEGEE.ORG account with the Academy.
- I logged in with my aegee.org account and cannot fill in the trainers profile or survey. What is wrong?
Probably you did not register your AEGEE.ORG Account on the Academy website. Therefore the website sees you as an normal AEGEE member. What to do?
- if you have a separate Academy account, log in with this account. This will give you access as Academy member. If you want to use your AEGEE.ORG account for this, go to 'My Profile' and follow the link 'Register AEGEE.ORG account'.
- if you do not have a separate Academy account, click on Register (if not logged in: on your right, just under the login fields; if logged in: on the homepage in the topleft corner). Fill in all fields to register your AEGEE.ORG account with the Academy and follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive.
- I registered before an Academy account. Now I would like to start using my AEGEE.ORG account. What should I do?
Log in with the Academy account and click on 'My Profile'. Follow the link 'Register AEGEE.ORG account' and follow the instructions.
