Personal information that you submit to the Academy website will be handled with care. The Academy will not provide your data, except what is visible in the public profile, to any third party.

You are completely free to provide the data you want. Registration is not obligatory to use the website. Some parts of the website require registration, which is open only to members of the Academy.

At any moment you are allowed to ask which data about you are stored on the Academy website. Get in contact with the Academy board for this.

Data is stored in The Netherlands.

This statement is valid per 1. June 2004 and is valid until a new statement is issued or the data are removed from the server.
