HRES is a 7-day international training course that aims to empower youth NGO members – who are involved in the field of Human Resources – to develop, implement and manage HR
strategies in their organizations. It is organized by AEGEE-Academy in collaboration with the Human Resources Committee (HRC) of AEGEE-Europe.
During the training, interactive methods will be used, such as group work, discussion, sharing, workshops, case studies, exchange of experience, reflection, all meaning both theory and practice.
The fields of training include:
- gaining knowledge on the challenges and solutions in HR management for youth organizations;
- learning what it takes to effectively attract, select, integrate, develop and maintain members;
- gaining skills in the field of recruitment, group dynamics, motivation, conflict management, leadership etc.
- getting an insight into the impact and significance of being a student multiplier on a societal and a personal dimension.
All in one, during HRES, participants will be able to generate solutions to real problems and they will be packed with the necessary skills to effectively manage HR activities in their organization.
