A co-trainer once described non-formal educacion to our participants as "the first time in my learning that someone asked me how I feel"To me training and non-formal education means being an agent in peoples growth, learning and development but as a secondary character because the learner always is the centre and drives the proces. Training means bringing and sharing my life and my experiences with others and create a safe atmosphere for it.

HI everyone! Im Danny, a Trainer from Madrid, Spain. I started off in IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Student Associations) as a trainer before coming into the Academy.
I love delivering TNTs and working nonformal education in the field of learning and in the field of human rights.
I also love theatre(both watching and performing!), travelling, reading, writing and sleeping for long (because at training event there is never time to sleep!)
