The T4T is coming!

Dear Academy members,
as you could already read it in the newsletter and on
the Academy website, next T4T is coming closer and
closer!
This time the T4T is designed exclusively for YOU!!!
So if you want to improve your training skills,
If you want to learn new methodologies,
If you want to learn how other organisations train
their members..
Stay tuned - the open call is coming soon.

At the same time we'd like to clarify that the
upcoming T4T aims at improving the quality of our
trainings by raising qualifications of trainers that
are already members of the Academy.
This doesn't mean that non-Academy members will be
left alone. There is a special concept designed for
high potentials with training skills interested in
joining Academy. This is the Training School. Right
now we are trying to fit it in the Calendar of Events
for the next year.
We'll keep you informed about both concepts.

The Traning for Trainers is a training event for Academy members, as official trainers in AEGEE.
It will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 02.03.2005 to 06.03.2005.

The basic objective of this training is to improve the quality of international youth trainings through workshops, lectures, simulations and the exchange of didactic methods. For this reason staff will be selected between internal and external speakers that will give us the opportunity to exachenge ideas.
In this event 25 participants/trainers will work to improve their knowledge and practical skills in fields of didactics, presentation techniques, self-reflection, giving feedback, motivation techniques and working methods in a multi-cultural environment. This training will particularly address the youth trainers of AEGEE coming from all over Europe that want to use their skills to train and assist by giving trainings in the future internally and externally to AEGEE. It will help us as starting points to ensure knowledge transfer to members.
