Invitation to join the CDM in Mainz

Dear Academy - members,

As you might have heard of already, the next Concepts Development
meeting is coming up from *20th to 22st June 2008 in Mainz/Germany.*

Aim of this CDM is the development of the new system that covers the
training needs of AEGEE Europe foreseen in the next 3 years, by the
exhaustive collection of needs, including input from as many bodies
involved as possible.

This shall be done in several steps:

1. collection of needs
2. analysis of needs
3. types and frequencies of the trainings
4. changes in the current training system
5. final publication of new system

The meeting itself will focus on steps 3 and 4, steps one and two are
to be done beforehand and step 5 afterwards. In order to implement
this CDM successfully we need the input of ideally all bodies involved
in trainings and human resource management of AEGEE. Therefore, we
have already invited quite some people :) But we would also like to
have a number of Academy members to give their ideas and input to the
topic.

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US IN MAINZ!

Please, tell us whether it will be possible for you to be present at
the meeting and to contribute to the preparation phase of the CDM
(upcoming four weeks). As the number of places for is limited we would
like to ask you to give a short motivation.
