A unique event for trainers active in Non-Formal Education. A Forum for Learning and Exchange where new approaches can be discussed and tried out as well as future trends discussed.

Attention - this course is for participants from Programme Countries only (so: EU, EEA, Turkey)

Objectives:

- Increasing the diversity of educational approaches in our work through an open exchange.
- Transporting the spirit of this event into the everyday practice and thus bringing new stimuli and impulses to the young people and the youth projects.
- Emphasize the importance for trainers to be aware of your personal path of development on all levels (body, mind and spirit) and to be prepared to continuously work on it.
- Exploring the needs for training in relation to the new Youth in Action programme
- Providing an inspiring and creative space where participants feel comfortable and motivated to challenge their challenge their current beliefs and practice applied in their training work
