Check the minutes online. Working Format Council of Advice AEGEE-Academy Article 1: Board (1) The members of the Council of Advice will be appointed and discharged by the board of the AEGEE-Academy. (2) The Council of Advice consists of three persons that have extensive knowledge about European integration, student initiatives, Internal Education in AEGEE and AEGEE in general. (3) The three members of the Council of Advice will, in principle, be appointed for a period of one year. (4) The Council of Advice appoints from its midst, a president. (5) Members of the Council of Advice can not be a member of the board of the Academy or the HR responsible of the CD simultaneously. Article 2: Tasks and responsibilities (1) The Council of Advice gives wanted and/or unwanted advice to the Board of the AEGEE-Academy. (2) The Council of Advice functions as a reference point and team of advisors for new ideas, suggestions and other issues the Board wishes to discuss. (3) The Council of Advice can be asked to assist in settling disputes between members of the Board of the AEGEE-Academy. The Council of Advice can only be invoked for dispute settlement by written invitation by two or more of the AEGEE-Academy board members.
